I’ve been on a diet a bit over a month. Lately, I’ve been feeling very weak and it’s probably caused by the low-carb diet. Therefore I decided to take multi-vitamins as they would help me stay healthier, this is when I found Forza.
They developed a multivitamin for dieters. The formula is high in zinc – which is a big PRO as it helps to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails.
They’ve also added biotin to assist with the breakdown of macronutriends (fats, carbohydrates and protein) from food.
‘Diets that are low in fat are also likely to be low in vitamin D, so we have included 100% of the daily requirement to help maintain a strong immune system.
We have also included 6 different B vitamins that contribute to normal energy release and help to reduce tiredness and fatigue – something commonly experienced by dieters.’ – Forza
As we all now, even with the healthiest diet, there are critical nutrients which can be missed from our food intake. The Forza multivitamins come in a blister pack for freshness, it is indicated to take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably on a full stomach.
Now, let’s move on.. My experience? I really liked and appreciated the little 48-page leaflet accompanying the capsules, which contains good solid advice, tips, recipes and FAQs for healthy eating, together with a really handy proforma for a recording daily food and calorie intake, this helped a lot!
After taking the multivitamins for more then 3 weeks, I think I have a bit more energy and don’t feel so tired after my workout sessions. I must have a deficiency in something as multivitamins do seem to help me.
I’m not being paid for this review. I was provided with the products by Forza of charge. All opinions are 100% my own personal thoughts and feelings on this product.
